Consultation Services for Children (CSC) offers collaborative mental health consultation services to early education and care programs located in Metro West towns in Massachusetts. Consultation Services for Children is one of six early childhood mental health consultation programs in the state funded by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) to address the social-emotional needs and challenging behaviors of young children enrolled in early childhood programs. The program which began in 2011 helps to build the capacity of early childhood educators to enhance children's learning through positive and nurturing interactions.
A therapeutic program to assist families referred by the Department of Children and Families in providing a stable and healthy environment for children from birth to age eighteen. FIRST STEPS was established in 1993 with new funding from the Family Preservation Services Initiative, Department of Children and Families (DCF), formerly known as Department of Social Services. The goals of the FIRST STEPS program are to protect children and their families from abuse and neglect, to strengthen positive individual and family functioning and to preserve the integrity and dignity of the family while addressing the developmental needs of the individual members.

The Cole-Harrington Family Child Care System contracts with approximately 85 family child care (FCC) educators in 30 towns located in Bristol, Norfolk and Plymouth counties. The Cole-Harrington Family Child Care System was developed in 1988 to provide home based child care services to low income children and children at-risk for abuse and neglect. Family child care offers a nurturing and educational program for children ages 2 months to 12 years. Children have the opportunity to interact with a small group of young children within a supportive and stimulating environment.
A developmental/therapeutic program for children from birth to age three who have an established disability or are at risk due to biological or environmental factors. Enable Inc., recognizing the varied medical, developmental and social needs of infants, young children and their families, pursued certification in 1989 by the Department of Public Health to provide Early Intervention Services. Enable Early Intervention provides early intervention services for families living in the elecen towns of Canton, Dedham, Norwood, Walpole, Sharon, Plainville, Norfolk, Wrentham, Millis, Medfield and Westwood.

A comprehensive child care program for children aged two months to twelve years residing in Bristol, Norfolk and Plymouth counties. The Cole-Harrington Children's Center was established as an educational child care center for toddlers and preschool children in 1978. In 1986, the School-Age Enrichment Program was developed in partnership with the Canton school system to serve kindergarten and school-aged children. In 1987, the Children's Place was established to provide a preschool program for children with social, emotional and behavioral needs.
