Tri-County Community Action Partnership (TCCAP) is an anti-poverty, cornerstone agency providing critical safety net resources and child development education services to qualifying families in Crow Wing, Morrison, and Todd counties. Tri-County Community Action Partnership aims to build and maintain a substantive relationship with the low-income population the agency serves. TCCAP strives to be a leader in educating and organizing the community on issues surrounding economic poverty. Tri-County Community Action Partnership was founded in 1965 and has been serving Crow Wing, Morrison, and Todd counties for more than 50 years.
Tri-County Community Action Partnership (TCCAP) can help you apply for health insurance, apply for SNAP food assistance, prepare your tax returns, start a business, enroll in a matched savings program, access transportation loans, and provide other emergency financial assistance. TCCAP's MNsure Navigator helps individuals and families enroll for health insurance coverage through Minnesota's MNsure health insurance exchange. TCCAP's MNsure Navigator will help determine if applicants qualify for Medicaid or MinnesotaCare.
Early Head Start serves pregnant women, infants, and toddlers to age 3. The program is designed to nurture and support healthy bonds between young children and their parents/caregivers while providing developmentally appropriate educational experiences. Early Head Start also provides prenatal education and services to pregnant women to ensure healthy outcomes for new mothers and their babies. Through the Early Head Start Program, TCCAP offers early childhood, developmentally appropriate education and family services for infants and toddlers, in both classroom center and home-based settings, depending upon the family's location and needs.
Tri-County Community Action Partnership (TCCAP) provides Head Start: Prenatal to Five early childhood development and education programs at no cost to participants. These programs offer prenatal, infant, toddler, and preschool early childhood education services to qualifying families in Crow Wing, Morrison, and Todd counties. Early Head Start - Child Care Partnerships serve children from birth to age three in partnership with either a licensed family child care home or a licensed child care center services provider.
