From Our Website

IC3 has been serving the Ithaca community since 1976, and we are proud of the impact we have had on local families. The support of the community over the years continues to enable us to provide high quality care and help us to create a nurturing environment that fosters a lifelong love of learning for young children. As a non-profit, we recognize the value of service and community involvement and at IC3 we strongly believe in giving back and investing in the Ithaca community. We actively support other local nonprofits that enrich the lives of children and families in the community through program sponsorship support, center-wide and classroom-led donation drives, and community event participation.

We encourage parents and friends of Ithaca Community Childcare Center to participate in one or more of the following ways: volunteer in one of our classrooms, help on field trips, events, fundraising, serve on a committee, or share a talent, skill or hobby. Because we take the trust that parents place in us very seriously, we take every precaution to ensure that the children in our care are safe. Therefore, it is our policy to conduct background checks on all individuals who interact with children or work regularly at the Ithaca Community Childcare Center; including volunteers that will have regular and consistent contact with the children.

IC3 offers programs for children ages 8 weeks - 11 years old. We serve roughly 250 children in the community per year and operate out of three different locations. The IC3 Main Campus offers care for infants, toddlers, and pre-k. All of our infant and toddler classrooms at our main campus are part of our continuity of care program in which children stay with the same caregivers from when they start as infants until they are 3 years old. All five of our pre-k classrooms are located on our main campus.
