Poor communication, a lot of TV watching, unsupportive staff, a provider with an attitude and an inability to remember most discussions involving important information, oral communications or agreements. The provider is also uncommunicative about your child's daily activities. Although this provider seems to be a caring individual towards kids, there are too many negatives to ignore. A parent's day care nightmare.
