Central Community House CCH is a private non-profit settlement house that has maintained a quiet tradition of caring since 1935. Today, CCH provides a range of programs designed to strengthen family, neighborhood and community life within an identified service area that includes most of the SE quadrant of the county. CCH is the only settlement house within this area.

Team Qualifications Our center is staffed by trained teachers. All have knowledge and education in the area of Early Care and Education. Each one of our team members are either currently enrolled in a college program and working towards their degree or are curently attending Step up to Quality Specializied trainings in addition to the Child Abuse, Communicable Disease, First Aid and CPR trainings required by all team and Administration.

Child care is offered for all of the Columbus and surrounding areas, especially Grandview and Upper Arlington. Care is offered for kids eighteen months through elementary school age. We supply full and part time care for kids under five years of age year round. In addition, we supply before and after school hours care for school age kids at Tremont and St. Agatha Elementary Schools.

We are trained in CPR, First Aid, Communicable Diseases, and Child Abuse and Neglect. Warm, friendly greeting to each child. Hanging up outer garments in specified area. Quiet activities, table games, etc. Children wash hands and sit down to eat breakfast.

About Us Care After School, the nationally recognized, self-supporting, non-profit organization which operates in the Worthington Schools, serves families with kids in grades K-6 by delivering safe, enjoyable and affordable child care. Children are served a snack each day and participate in a range of age-appropriate, play-oriented activities, including games, sports, arts and crafts, drama, cooking, music, science experiments, special events and more!
