Northeastern Child Care Services NCCS is a non-profit multi-faceted agency serving families and businesses throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. NCCS is under the direction of Judith Graziano, who has administered child care programs since 1968. NCCS manages Treasure House Child Development Centers which are situated in some different communities.


The home setting and tiny capacity of kids enables for a more personalized childcare experience. Once Upon A Time Daycare was opened in 1990. Taking care of kids has given me many wonderful memories like Christmas Parties, birthday celebrations, program activities and the possibility to watch kids grow.
